That's right, the pop superstar who launched Bieber fever, spawned thousands of copycat swoopy-haired adolescent boys and wreaked havoc on the hormones of preteen girls everywhere has finally been ushered into adulthood as today marks his milestone 18th birthday.
And obviously, we're not the only ones who have counting down.
"Almost legal," Biebs himself tweeted yesterday.

Justin Bieber has been given an electric car for his 18th birthday.
The 'Baby' hitmaker - who reached the milestone age today was presented with a luxury 2012 Fisker Karma vehicle with a solar-panelled roof by his manager Scooter while appearing on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show'.

Presenting the teen star with the car, Scooter said: 'You work really, really hard. I always yell at you don't get anything flashy. You know, we're not about that. Be humble, be humble and I kind of broke my own rule.
'So we wanted to make sure you were environmentally friendly and we wanted to make sure since you love cars that when you're on the road you are always environmentally friendly and we decided to get you a car that would make you stand out.
'I think you know where I'm going and you're kind of freaking out right now.'

Celebrities such as Leonardo DiCaprio and Ashton Kutcher have also taken delivery of the trendy supercar.
The $100,000 Fisker Karma has a 2 litre - 4 hybrid engine and more than competes with typical gas guzzling sports cars as it can go from 0-60 miles per hour in under 6 seconds with a top speed of 125 miles per hour.
Luxurious touches include keyless entry, bucket seats, and diamond dust in the paint. But there the similarities end.

One of the stunning features of the eco-luxuriant motor is the solar glass roof. The car can actually use the energy captured by the roof to assist the lithium-ion batteries in powering the dual electric motors. And it can do an economical 100 miles per gallon.
The Karma features two driving modes, Stealth Mode for optimal relaxed and efficient electric driving and Sport Mode to access the vehicle's full power.
While it may not be in reach of ordinary mortals, the Karma is highly sought after among the high rollers in the green community.

However Justin may just want to check the date of manufacture on his new toy. Last year Fisker were forced to recall all 239 of their 2012 Karma hybrid cars after warning of potential fires within their batteries.
The recall affected Fisker vehicles manufactured between July 1, 2011 and November 3.
Justin's new luxury car joins his £100,000 customised Range Rover, which had a sound system worth £50,000, leather interior, modified paintwork and a Cosworth engine.
A source said: 'Justin loves his motors even though he's barely old enough to drive.
'His girlfriend Selena Gomez will be well impressed with his latest. It's the business.'
Additionally, Justin owns a Batman-themed customised Cadillac and a Ferrari.
