Sims 3 Store Lucky Palms and The Lucky Simoleon Casino (Decrapified) From ColomboZone

This upload consists of Lucky Palms (Standard) and the Lucky Simoleon casino as well as fixes to known issues. I chose to upload the packages separately in case someone looking for Lucky Palms already had the casino. These files are already decrapified. 

The Sims 3 Store released 2 versions of the Lucky Palms world - Standard and Gold. The only difference is that the Gold package comes with the Lucky Casino set/lot and the lot is already placed in the world. I have confirmed in my own game that you can place the Lucky Simoleon into the world from the Lucky Palms Standard package. In fact, there is a 60x60 community lot that is perfect for the Lucky Simoleon.
